I loved hotel's staff and location, the place met the criteria. The property was in the heart of Florence. Btw, I was not too far from Full Up.

Staff and location were nice, I loved every detail.

The setting is favourable and wonderful, just next door to Florence as well as beautiful monuments.

It was an ideal place to stay and explore a spandrel segmental arch bridge, located 500 feet away from the hotel.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has very plush rooms and serves tasty breakfast. The service is great, includes free parking. It is in ideal location to a medieval cathedral, set close to the hotel.

Staff was fine, room was relaxing, location was decent. Moorish style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. Location right by a museum and a palace. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Il Bargello that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Such main attractions as ponte vecchio were close to this hotel. The room faced the terrace. We enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL view. One could dine at restaurants such as Ristorante Buca Poldo 10 minutes away.
